I’m Jaime Cain, a Texas native, and I’ve called Greer, South Carolina home since 2013, where I live with my husband and our four boys. Although I’m originally from Texas, I quickly fell in love with the Upstate’s stunning landscapes, clear lakes, waterfalls, and the majestic mountain backdrop.

From a young age, my creativity was always encouraged at home, which led me to explore art and design in high school and college. After taking a break from painting to focus on raising my children, I stayed active in graphic design, creating custom wall calendars and silhouettes.

As my children grew older, I returned to painting and now specialize in watercolor and acrylics. Since 2019, I’ve completed over 300 commissioned paintings and released several collections. In March 2024, I was honored to receive an Award of Excellence from Top Art Awards for my piece "The Songwriter."

I’m also proud to be a resident artist at the Center for the Arts in Greer, where my studio is now located. My artistic interests span landscapes, portraits, and still life, and much of my work is created in a thematic series. My goal as an artist is to create art that tells a story and sparks a deep emotional connection. I hope you’ll follow along, as I have so much more to create and share!
